You will have scheduled video sessions with your estate settlement specialist as you proceed through your agreed-upon checklist. Additionally, for 90 days from the start of the contract, you will be able to set up “ad hoc” appointments with your specialist as questions come up.
Our settlement service is currently available only to California residents.
No. We can assist with most aspects of the estate settlement process, but no areas where Probate is required. Why? Because the costs of Probate vary and there is no way for us or anyone to be able to project a fixed support package price. We can refer you to attorneys who specialize in Probate.
We cover a lot, but not everything. Court fees, filing fees, appraisals, tax preparation, Probate assistance and representation, and some professional services may come at an additional cost. We will clearly address what does and doesn’t come with our settlement package prior to entering an engagement.
